Coach Pickle is an AI-powered pickleball coaching application that provides personalized coaching advice, drills, strategy recommendations, and general pickleball knowledge through conversational AI coaches. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and web platforms.

3. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Coach Pickle's AI coaches provide general pickleball advice and information. The coaching provided is generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, physical therapy, or certified coaching instruction. You should:

• Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program
• Use your own judgment when applying any advice received
• Understand that AI-generated advice may not account for your specific physical conditions or limitations

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Coach Pickle offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective app store's policies.

• Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled by the applicable app store

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or usage limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in excess of normal usage
• Harass, abuse, or attempt to exploit the AI coaching system
• Share your account credentials with others

All content, design, graphics, AI models, and other materials in the Service are owned by Coach Pickle or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach Pickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the app settings.
